Job Summary
Job Title: Network Administrator Palo Alto
We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator Palo Alto to manage maintain and secure enterprise network infrastructure with a strong focus on Palo Alto firewalls. The ideal candidate should have experience in network administration security policies VPN technologies troubleshooting and firewall management.
- Configure manage and maintain Palo Alto Networks firewalls and security policies.
- Monitor network performance availability and security.
- Implement and manage Site-to-Site VPNs Remote Access VPNs and GlobalProtect.
- Configure and troubleshoot NAT routing and security policies.
- Perform firewall upgrades backups and disaster recovery activities.
- Analyze security logs and respond to network security incidents.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to implement best practices.
- Troubleshoot LAN WAN WLAN DNS DHCP and TCP/IP-related issues.
- Conduct network health checks and performance tuning.
- Maintain documentation for network configurations and operational procedures.
- 38 years of experience in Network Administration.
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls (PAN-OS).
- Strong understanding of:
- TCP/IP VLANs Routing & Switching
- BGP OSPF Static Routing
- NAT IPSec VPN SSL VPN
- DNS DHCP NTP
- Network Security Concepts
- TCP/IP VLANs Routing & Switching
- Experience with firewall policy management and security rule optimization.
- Knowledge of network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Familiarity with SIEM and log analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Palo Alto Certifications such as:
- PCCET
- PCNSA
- PCNSE
- PCCET
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) is an added advantage.

Required Skills:
Strong experience in Windows Server Administration. Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi vCenter vSphere HA DRS and vMotion. Knowledge of Active Directory DNS DHCP Group Policy. Experience with WSUS/SCCM patch management. Knowledge of storage technologies (SAN/NAS). PowerShell scripting and automation. Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP VLAN Routing). Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios SCOM or similar.
