Job Title : NetSuite Kantata Consultant

Job Type : Full-time / Contract

Experience : 7-10 Years

Location : Hyderabad Telangana

Responsibilities:

• 7 10 years of experience in ERP and PSA consulting implementation or support roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP implementation and administration.
• Proven experience with Kantata PSA (formerly Mavenlink/Kimble) implementation and support.
• Experience with system integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications.
• Experience in business process mapping gap analysis and solution design.
• Deep understanding of Financial Management processes including: GL AP AR Revenue Recognition Project Accounting and Financial Reporting
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and best practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Familiarity with SuiteFlow SuiteAnalytics Saved Searches and reporting capabilities.
• Knowledge of integration platforms and APIs.
• Lead the implementation configuration enhancement and support of NetSuite ERP and Kantata PSA solutions.
• Design and implement end-to-end business processes with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash (O2C) Revenue Recognition Project Accounting Resource Management and Financial Management.
• Configure NetSuite modules including Financials Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable General Ledger Revenue Management and Project Accounting.
• Configure and optimize Kantata PSA for project lifecycle management resource planning project financials time tracking and forecasting.
• Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on customizations integrations workflows and reports.
• Ensure seamless integration between NetSuite and Kantata maintaining data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Support month-end and year-end financial processes through system optimization and reporting enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and system-related challenges.
