We are hiring for an experienced Murex professional with strong expertise in Murex Connectivity 2.0 to lead technical direction architecture and delivery for complex financial technology solutions.
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 7.5 Years
Role: Custom Software Engineering Lead / Associate Manager
Work Mode: On-site / As per client requirement
Education: 15 years of full-time education

Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of Murex solutions
- Lead teams through design development and delivery
- Act as an SME and make key technical decisions
- Collaborate with multiple teams and business stakeholders
- Ensure code quality scalability and application performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and project delivery
