Job Title : MSET Risk Support NY

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain risk limits across equity and derivative trading products.
- Review and validate limits for cash and derivatives; identify and flag exceptions.
- Develop and maintain risk monitoring and exception reports.
- Track intraday limit changes and escalate breaches to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to risk limit policies and governance frameworks.
- Drive and support risk-related projects in collaboration with global stakeholders.
- Coordinate periodic client reviews and offboarding processes where required.
- Prepare and present monthly risk reports and dashboards for review meetings.
- Extract analyze and manipulate data from databases to support reporting and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance risk processes and controls.
Requisites
- Bachelors degree in IT Finance Business or related field.
- Strong understanding of equity and equity derivatives products and associated risks.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including macros) and MS Office tools.
- Experience with data analysis and database querying (e.g. SQL Business Objects).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI) and enterprise systems (SAP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (written verbal and presentation).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and teamwork abilities.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive tasks independently.
