Details JD-

• Design and Development experience on CPM/Console (Plastic) parts .
• Take full ownership of the parts.
• Negotiation with the styling by developing the feasibility section and feeding back to the OEM.
• Development of fit and finish sections. Developing location concepts.
• Understand product specs and support design engineers in development of the parts.
• Submit timely schedules and technical reports in support of projects. Work to achieve project goals and satisfy quality cost and delivery targets.
• Negotiation with Client on daily basis conducting design reviews at regular intervals.
• Assist the manufacturing team in achieving cost targets and engineering process improvements meeting production schedules and resolving technical production problems. Responsible for resolving the issues raised during vehicle build.
• Guiding design engineers for design changes at client site as well as offshore India
• Responsible for the design changes for the issues identified and Incorporation of those changes on the parts.
