Mobile React Developer – Application Development (AD)

Position Description:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate React Native Developer to help us build and enhance our mobile eCommerce application.

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced React Native Developer who will be responsible for the development and maintenance of a high-performance feature-rich mobile application for our eCommerce platform. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless shopping experience across both iOS and Android devices.

Key Responsibilities:

. Design develop and maintain robust reusable and scalable mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using React Native.
. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
. Integrate third-party libraries RESTful APIs and payment gateways into the app.
. Implement features such as user authentication shopping cart functionality order management and push notifications.
. Optimize app performance for speed and efficiency.
. Work in an Agile environment with the ability to contribute to sprint planning code reviews and continuous delivery.
. Write clean maintainable code and follow best practices.
. Ensure the app is fully functional user-friendly and visually consistent.
. Debug troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
. Keep up to date with the latest React Native trends tools and best practices.


Qualifications:

. Proven experience (5 years) in React Native development particularly for mobile apps in the eCommerce domain.
. Strong experience in React Native Redux and JavaScript.
. Experience in integrating third-party APIs (e.g. payment processing shipping and social media logins).
. Knowledge of mobile app design principles and patterns.
. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for UI/UX details.
. Experience with Git Jira and Agile methodologies.
. Understanding of eCommerce systems and how to handle data such as inventory management user profiles and order tracking.
. Familiarity with cloud services such as Firebase AWS or Google Cloud is a plus.


Preferred Skills:

. Experience with GraphQL.
. Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline and mobile app deployment.
. Experience with App Store and Google Play deployment processes.
. Knowledge of performance optimization for mobile applications.
. Understanding of security best practices for mobile apps (e.g. secure authentication payment processing).
. Experience with Unit Testing (Jest Detox).
