Duties & Responsibilities
- Sending the MIS and Kms data to vendors on weekly basis
- Cross verification with the vendor team on weekly basis for Deviations etc.
- Preparing final passing KMs details and sending to vendors for the week.
- Tracking & Maintaining Adhocs Booking (Internal Bookings)
- Updating the KMS/Garage and deductions in the Billing format
- Liaisoning with the ops team and update penalties in the MIS
- Sending Billing/Final invoice to all the transport vendors for verification
- Liaisoning with the vendor supervisors & vendor billing team about the deductions and passed Kms
- Following up on MIS clarifications invoices & credit notes
- Supporting billing lead with all inputs for liaison with Procurement team
- Responsible to ensure the Monthly MIS and Invoice is audited and processed for payments in accordance with the SLA
- Provide strategic inputs by building MMR MIS and other reports
- Budgeting and planning
- Supervising the complete billing of all transport operations
- Interaction with the Vendors on billing
- Invoices to be ready after one week of the billing cycle
- Processing the invoices through Vault before the deadlines
- Liaise with Procurement team
- PO Tracker and Invoice management
- Control on costs and ability to make the transport function efficient and effective as per industry benchmark.
- Ontime payment of invoices and monthly accruals.
- Ensure the monthly/weekly MI on operational summary and costs are shared with Transport team as per the time frame.
