Infosys is hiring MIS Analysts to support data reporting business tracking and management information systems across multiple projects. This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills attention to detail and a passion for working with data to support business decisions.

• Prepare analyze and maintain daily weekly and monthly MIS reports

• Collect data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy and consistency

• Track KPIs productivity metrics and operational performance

• Create dashboards and reports using Excel and reporting tools

• Support management with data-driven insights and presentations

• Coordinate with internal teams to validate data and resolve discrepancies

• Maintain databases and ensure timely report delivery

• Automate reports wherever possible to improve efficiency

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Pivot Tables Charts)

• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting

• Good numerical and analytical skills

• Attention to detail and data accuracy

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

• Ability to work with deadlines and multiple reports

• Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau

• Basic SQL knowledge

• Experience with data validation and automation

• Exposure to ERP / MIS systems

• Graduate degree in any discipline
  ( BBA BCA preferred)
