Middle Python Developer

• 3 years of relevant software development experience with strong proficiency in Python

• Strong knowledge of Python web frameworks such as Django Flask or FastAPI.

• Hands-on experience developing and integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs.

• Understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases including schema design and efficient querying.

• Experience writing clean testable maintainable Python code following development standards and best practices.

• Experience with unit and integration testing for backend services and APIs.

• Familiarity with Git including branching strategies and pull request workflows.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to analyze requirements identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

• Experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues and backend/API defects.

• Ability to participate effectively in code reviews and collaborate with senior engineers and peers.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment including sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with product managers designers and engineering teams.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher both written and verbal for effective communication in a multicultural environment.

• Experience with React for building or integrating frontend components.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP. Emphasize on AWS.

• Hands-on experience with Docker for containerizing and running applications.

• Experience designing and building scalable reliable backend services.

• Exposure to performance optimization and system reliability improvements.

• Experience working closely with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
