Profile:Mechatronics & Instrumentation Engineer

Experience:

• 0-3 Years
• Freshers with strong practical knowledge and hands-on project experience may also be considered.

Roles:

Electronics & Hardware

• Work with sensors LEDs UV LEDs photodiodes camera modules displays and electronic circuits.
• Test and debug PCBs using multimeters oscilloscopes power supplies and basic laboratory tools.
• Handle wiring connectors power supplies signal conditioning and sensor interfacing.
• Perform fault finding and component-level troubleshooting.

Embedded Systems & Communication

• Work with microcontrollers such as Arduino ESP32 STM32 AVR PIC or similar platforms.
• Develop modify and troubleshoot embedded firmware using C/C.
• Interface sensors displays motors buttons and communication modules.
• Work with UART I2C SPI USB Bluetooth Wi-Fi RS232/RS485 or similar protocols.

Mechanical Assembly & Machine Integration

• Assemble and align mechanical components of testing machines.
• Work with fixtures holders enclosures mounting arrangements and small mechanisms.
• Coordinate with mechanical vendors/fabricators for component requirements and modifications.
• Read and understand basic mechanical drawings CAD files and machine components.
• Perform alignment of sensors light sources lenses and testing chambers.

Testing Calibration & Quality

• Conduct machine testing calibration repeatability checks and accuracy validation.
• Identify and troubleshoot inconsistent readings and machine errors.
• Maintain testing reports calibration records and troubleshooting documentation.
• Support product improvement R&D prototyping and production-quality activities.

Service & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose issues related to electronics firmware sensors wiring mechanical alignment and calibration.
• Support machine installation servicing repair and maintenance.
• Provide technical support to production and service teams.
• Visit customer sites when required for installation or troubleshooting.

Qualification:

• Diploma / B.E. / in Mechatronics Electronics Electronics & Communication Instrumentation Electrical or a related technical field.
