• Writes new CNC programs and optimizes existing ones for better efficiency.

• Determines optimal speeds and cutting tools for each program.

• Improves setup times and enhances contouring for complex shapes.

• Streamlines tooling processes to boost worker productivity.

• Evaluates completed designs to ensure functionality and cost-effectiveness.

• Monitors all programs to ensure compliance with blueprints and safe execution.

• Educational Background: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience:

  • 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC Milling and Router Programming.

  • Proven ability to handle diverse job types on CNC machines.

  • Skilled in CNC Milling and Router Programming with 5 to 6 years of practical experience.
