Job Summary
Tasks and Responsibilities

Develops clear instructions for job work execution.

Reviews and interprets 3D CAD design blueprints.

Performs calculations to determine material cutting paths.

Converts instructions into CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) programs.

Validates programs through simulations and test runs.

Prepares geometric layouts using CNC programming standards.

Plans and sequences operations for efficient machining.

Selects appropriate cutting tools based on job requirements.

Analyzes job orders and performs necessary technical calculations.

Writes new CNC programs and optimizes existing ones for better efficiency.

Determines optimal speeds and cutting tools for each program.

Improves setup times and enhances contouring for complex shapes.

Streamlines tooling processes to boost worker productivity.

Evaluates completed designs to ensure functionality and cost-effectiveness.

Monitors all programs to ensure compliance with blueprints and safe execution.
Qualifications & Experience

Educational Background: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC Milling and Router Programming.

Proven ability to handle diverse job types on CNC machines.

Skilled in CNC Milling and Router Programming with 5 to 6 years of practical experience.
