Job Summary
Position Overview
An experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Executive (6 8 years) responsible for managing end-to-end master data operations governance and data quality across core domains (Material Customer Vendor GL). The role involves leading MDM teams ensuring accurate and consistent data in ERP/MDM systems (SAP MDG S/4HANA Ariba ERP) and driving process improvements.
The individual acts as a subject matter expert collaborates with business and IT stakeholders supports data lifecycle management and ensures strong material masters governance on international scenarios keeping records for audit readiness and compliance. Additionally the role focuses on data quality monitoring reporting (KPIs/KQIs) and enabling seamless data flow across integrated systems.
Technical & Functional Skills
6 8 years of relevant work experience in supply chain master data management.
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
SAP S/4HANA
Salesforce SAP MDG
Defined workflow tools
Strong understanding of Material Customer and Vendor master data objects.
Strong functional knowledge of:

Data Management Skills
Demonstrated experience in:

Ability to identify and remediate data quality issues at attribute level.
Reporting Skills
Advanced expertise in MS Excel (pivot tables formulae VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP data validation).
Ability to manage large datasets to analyze and reporting the data quality errors.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management.
Flexible operating in any time zone as per business stakeholders need.
Educational Qualifications
Graduates and Post Graduates in Finance Engineering and Science domains.
Certifications related to SAP lean six sigma Agile methods Project management are added advantage.
