India - Hyderabad (SSI)

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations maintaining accurate financial records processing transactions supporting financial reporting and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions including AP AR and general ledger entries.
• Process and validate vendor invoices employee reimbursements and customer receipts.
• Prepare customer invoices and related documentations for domestic as well export shipments
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash and bank transactions.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Support GST TDS and statutory compliance activities.
• Coordinate with auditors vendors customers and internal departments.
• Prepare accounting schedules reconciliations and supporting documentation.
• Monitor receivables and support collections.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
• Support budgeting forecasting and finance projects.
• Supports special projects on as needed basis

• Bachelors degree in commerce Accounting Finance or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of GST TDS and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP (Tally preferred)/accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Primarily office-based role in Hyderabad.
• Occasional travel is required.
