We are looking for a driven and detail-focused MBA Intern to join our Human Resources team in Banswara. Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment from job postings and resume screening to interview coordination and candidate follow-ups.
- Assist with employee onboarding including paperwork orientation sessions and cultural integration.
- Maintain accurate HR records employee databases and compliance documentation.
- Help prepare HR reports and analytics on workforce trends turnover and training outcomes.
- Collaborate on performance appraisal cycles feedback collection and review documentation.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities training programs and internal communications.
- Stay informed about labour laws and HR regulations to support compliance efforts.
- Provide administrative support for HR events meetings and policy roll-outs.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Solid understanding of core HR concepts such as recruitment talent management and employee relations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiar with HRIS systems.
- Strong communication interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude eagerness to learn and willingness to take initiative.
