Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced MBA Career Development Trainer to prepare MBA students and graduates for successful careers in corporate organizations. The trainer will conduct sessions on career planning employability skills resume building interview preparation business communication leadership and placement readiness to enhance participants professional growth and employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct career development and employability training for MBA students and graduates.
Deliver sessions on resume writing LinkedIn profile optimization and personal branding.
Prepare candidates for HR managerial and case-based interviews through mock interviews.
Train participants in business communication presentation skills leadership teamwork and workplace etiquette.
Guide participants on career planning job search strategies and corporate expectations.
Provide mentoring and career counseling to improve placement outcomes.
Prepare training materials and submit reports as required.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of corporate recruitment career development and employability skills.
Excellent communication presentation and mentoring abilities.
Good understanding of MBA career pathways and current industry hiring trends.
Ability to conduct interactive training sessions and mock interviews.
Educational Qualification
MBA or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration Management or a related field.
Certification in Career Coaching Learning & Development Soft Skills or Corporate Training is preferred.
Required Skills:
Design and deliver 3-day PRA & Micro-Planning training modules Facilitate participatory tools such as: Social Mapping Resource Mapping Seasonal Calendars Wealth Ranking Institutional Mapping Guide participants in preparation of Village Micro-Plans Conduct interactive classroom and field-based practical sessions Prepare training materials case studies and handouts Submit post-training reports and documentation Coordinate with institute officials for smooth execution Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) Micro-Planning Rural Development Training Community Mobilization Forest-Based Livelihood Planning Training Facilitation Report Writing
