About The Job:

• Support the development of engaging learning content for customers and partners by creating clear polished and visually compelling assets.
• Help transform technical curriculum into easy-to-understand and engaging visual experiences that enhance learning outcomes.

Essential Job Functions:

• Design icons illustrations infographics and diagrams for digital learning and instructor-led training materials.
• Create and maintain PowerPoint templates slide layouts and presentation graphics aligned with brand standards.
• Translate complex technical concepts into simple visually effective learning assets.
• Collaborate with instructional designers curriculum developers and subject matter experts to create high-quality educational content.
• Ensure visual consistency accessibility and quality standards across all learning materials.
• Support the design and enhancement of training assets presentations and educational resources.
• Apply best practices in visual communication and information design.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and revisions while maintaining design quality and brand alignment.

Qualifications:
Education

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field or equivalent portfolio experience.

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications particularly Adobe Illustrator Photoshop and InDesign.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience creating icons illustrations diagrams infographics and presentation materials.
• Knowledge of visual communication information design and digital learning content design.
• Understanding of accessibility and visual design standards.

• Portfolio demonstrating clean visual design and strong information design principles.
• Experience with iconography diagrams presentations infographics and visual learning assets.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage feedback effectively and incorporate revisions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Interest in technology education and learning content development.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
