Marketing Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for marketing campaigns events and promotional activities.
• Coordinate and deliver email calendars for multiple countries/ regions
• Maintain marketing calendars project trackers contact lists and shared folders.
• Collect organize and validate marketing data from spreadsheets campaign platforms and internal systems.
• Prepare routine data summaries and reports on campaign performance leads events and other marketing activities.
• Assist with creating presentations reports and internal marketing updates.
• Update basic content and campaign information in marketing tools and internal systems.
• Work with marketing teams in different locations and other internal teams to complete assigned marketing tasks.
• Perform general administrative duties and other marketing support tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in marketing business communications or a related field preferred.
• One year of administrative marketing internship or operations experience is preferred.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of CRM is a bonus.
• Comfortable working with numbers and preparing simple data summaries.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Fundamental understanding of marketing metrics such as leads engagement and conversion rates.
