About The Job:
- The Marketing Operations Manager plays a key role on the team and manage email marketing programs to build Client Business brand awareness and adoption.
- This individual will manage the day-to-day execution and bar raising of global email campaigns )act as a liaison between marketing teams and brand to identify scope and gather campaign requirements and support global strategies to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of email communications.
- They will collaborate across organizational boundaries to define manage and prioritize projects.
- Ensure organizational adherence to WW channel best practices along with proper platform management and upkeep.
- Collect and verify collateral from multiple stakeholders ensure deadlines are met clearly define responsibilities and track as well as summarize progress.
- Compile analyze and present operational performance metrics to identify opportunities for improving campaign impact and streamlining processes.
- Support the build and maintenance of standards and systems for knowledge management (e.g. SOPs best practices processes).
- Track email best practices industry trends and make proactive recommendations
