Job Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to help us drive key marketing objectives across business lines for Amazon by understanding central capabilities around media content creative and measurement. If you enjoy the content space want to work in a start up like environment with diverse stakeholders across category management product management marketing ads and content production this is a great opportunity for you.
Key job responsibilities
- Be the voice of customer and drive Amazons social commerce programs by lending expertise around category offerings mapping Amazons current and future offering around the same
- Identify content acquisition opportunities across various products x categories for each content program to maximize customer and creator impact.
- Collaborate with product and advertising teams to drive brand partnership offerings across Amazon GLs.
- Explore synergies on driving offsite to on-site content journeys
- Instrument rigor and processes around pitching pricing and delivery of commerce content
- Partner closely with BD and agency partners to create plans that help improve operational efficiency and productivity including improving processes and tools removing roadblocks and bottlenecks identifying unnecessary rules and suggesting ways to work smarter.
- Influence program improvements based on continuous feedback via metrics and from customers brand partners team members and stakeholders.
- Define payout models and arrive at optimum levels of payments to balance creator earnings and business -own the content production workflow tool and its roadmap
- Stakeholder management category product marketing teams across programs
- 4 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building and optimizing multiple simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Experience delivering paid media campaigns spanning TV print ads and digital/social channels
- Experience across affiliate marketing PPC SEM and social media advertising
- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
