We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Marketing Executive in Trichy Tamil Nadu. Our client is a reputed organization in the automobile spare parts distribution sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. - Develop and maintain relationships with automobile spare-parts dealers retailers workshops and prospective customers.
- Conduct regular field visits to promote the companys spare-parts product range.
- Identify new markets customers and business opportunities across the assigned territory.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers to support sales growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat business.
- Monitor competitor activities market demand pricing trends and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal sales and distribution teams for customer requirements and order follow-ups.
- Prepare routine market-visit lead and customer follow-up reports.
- Automobile Spare Parts Knowledge Understanding of two-wheeler spare parts and the automotive distribution market.
- Field Marketing Ability to conduct regular market and customer visits.
- Dealer Development Ability to identify approach and develop dealer/retailer relationships.
- Lead Generation & Follow-up Ability to identify prospects and systematically follow up on opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management Ability to maintain productive relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Knowledge of the Trichy automobile/spare-parts market.
- Experience working with distributors dealers retailers or workshops.
- Basic sales reporting and market analysis skills.
Candidates should have 12 years of work experience. Experience in automobile spare parts distribution field marketing dealer development or a related sales/marketing environment would be relevant to the position.
- Minimum: Typical qualification Diploma or Bachelors degree
- Preferred: Typical Degree in Marketing Business Administration Commerce or a related disciplin
- Travel: Local field travel; two-wheeler mandatory
- Shift: 9:30 AM6:30 PM
Required Skills:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet company objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. Engage with customers through various channels (e.g. social media direct mail face-to-face) to promote products and services. Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness. Prepare detailed reports on sales performance marketing outcomes and new business prospects. Collaborate with other teams (e.g. product development customer service) to enhance business growth and customer satisfaction.
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
