Job Summary
We are looking for a moÆŸvated and energeÆŸc Sales & MarkeÆŸng Assistant to support markeÆŸng and sales acÆŸviÆŸes for a residenÆŸal apartment complex. The candidate should have good communicaÆŸon skills and basic knowledge of customer handling and markeÆŸng.Â
Responsibilies:
- Handle customer inquiries and site visit coordinaÆŸon
- Support apartment sales and follow-ups with leads
- Coordinate with brokers customers and internal teams
- Maintain customer data and sales records
- Help organize markeÆŸng campaigns and events
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- 12 years experience in sales or markeÆŸng preferred
- Good communicaÆŸon and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and social media knowledge
- Self-moƟvated and professional aƫtude
- Real estate or construcÆŸon industry experience is a plus
- Freshers with strong communicaÆŸon skills may also apply.
