Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced professionals from the ship repair or shipbuilding industry to join a leading marine company. Candidates with prior Middle East/Gulf experience will be preferred. The role involves coordinating marine maintenance repair and operational activities while supporting project execution and vessel maintenance programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and guidance to operational teams
Assist in preparing Project Work Packs and operational instructions
Support planning and execution of maintenance activities for vessels and marine equipment
Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) regulations and company policies
Coordinate and schedule project activities to meet operational deadlines
Prepare update and monitor project schedules and critical timelines
Track project progress costs and resource utilization
Evaluate and update project forecasts based on actual progress and expenses
Coordinate with internal departments contractors and management for smooth project execution
Maintain accurate project maintenance and operational documentation
Salary:INR LPA
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marine Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
- 4 years of experience in ship repair shipbuilding marine maintenance or dry dock operations
- Candidates with Middle East/Gulf experience will be preferred
- Strong understanding of marine engineering operations and maintenance planning
- Ability to manage project schedules timelines and operational activities
- Good communication coordination and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and compliance requirements
Required Skills:
