Manual QA Tester Enterprise Systems and Integrations

Our client is a global technology solutions provider with 18 years of experience serving the finance banking fintech energy and utilities sectors. They specialize in technology development design performance optimization and quality audits. With strong expertise in utilities energy and enterprise transformation programs they specialize in building and supporting large-scale integrated systems involving CRM platforms billing engines middleware and cloud-based applications.

Their India engineering and QA teams work closely with international teams and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions across complex mission-critical enterprise environments.

We are looking for an experienced Manual QA Tester (intermediate to senior) with strong expertise in enterprise application testing across highly integrated systems including CRM billing platforms middleware APIs and backend services.

This role focuses on ensuring end-to-end quality across complex enterprise workflows in utility and energy domain projects. The ideal candidate should be strong in functional testing backend validation and system integration testing within Agile environments.

This is a pure manual testing role (automation not required).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end manual functional testing for enterprise applications

• Design execute and maintain test cases test scenarios and test scripts

• Validate integrations across CRM billing middleware APIs and backend systems

• Conduct regression smoke integration system exploratory and UAT testing

• Perform backend validation using logs databases and system outputs

• Verify data flow and business logic across multiple integrated systems

• Identify gaps in requirements and highlight risks and edge cases

• Track defects through full lifecycle using Azure DevOps / Azure Test Plans

• Collaborate with developers Client and stakeholders to clarify requirements

• Support root cause analysis for production and UAT issues

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives)
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 47 years of experience in Manual Functional Testing

• Experience with Azure DevOps and/or Azure Test Plans

• Strong experience testing integrated enterprise systems

• Experience with CRM and billing platforms (Salesforce Zuora Clarify CRM)

• Strong understanding of SDLC STLC and defect lifecycle

• Basic experience in API/system/integration testing

• Experience with backend data validation and cross-system testing

• Experience working in Agile environments

• Ability to understand and validate end-to-end enterprise workflows

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent communication and documentation skills
  

Nice to Have

• Exposure to middleware (TIBCO a bonus)

• Basic SQL knowledge

• Experience with APIs (Postman / Swagger / SoapUI)

• Experience in Utility or Energy domain projects

• Exposure to UAT or production support
