Position: Manager/Sr. Manager/ AGM– PPIC
Department: Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC)

Role Purpose
Responsible for production planning material planning inventory control and coordination of manufacturing activities to ensure timely production and dispatch in API manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare monthly weekly and daily production plans based on demand forecasts and plant capacity.
* Ensure timely availability of raw materials solvents intermediates and packing materials.
* Coordinate with Production QA QC Warehouse Purchase and Supply Chain teams for smooth execution of plans.
* Monitor inventory levels stock availability slow/non-moving inventory and optimize inventory turnover.
* Track production schedule adherence dispatch planning and customer delivery commitments.
* Generate MIS reports related to production planning inventory and capacity utilization.
* Ensure compliance with GMP safety and regulatory requirements.
* Drive process improvements for better planning efficiency and operational performance.
* Work on ERP/SAP systems for planning inventory management and reporting.
