Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end API manufacturing operations of the assigned block.
Manage production planning batch execution and timely delivery.
Monitor production yield productivity cycle time and manufacturing cost.
Ensure compliance with cGMP SOPs BMRs and EHS requirements.
Handle deviations CAPA change controls and audit observations.
Drive process optimization yield improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
Coordinate with QA QC Engineering Maintenance PPIC and EHS teams.
Ensure effective utilization of manpower equipment and resources.
Lead train and develop the production team.
Maintain continuous GMP and regulatory audit readiness.
Qualification: B.E./ Chemical / . Chemistry preferred.
Preferred Profile: Candidates from API manufacturing companies with strong experience in API production block operations and team handling.
