About the Role:

Project Management professional who will be responsible for tracking and monitoring VRF project progress. Established Project Management professional who will be responsible for tracking and monitoring VRF project progress creating MIS reports of ongoing project collect handing over document ensure quality of installation identifying project issues coordinate and provide technical solution collaborate with sales team member

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage installation testing commissioning and handover of VRF systems.

Coordinate with customers consultants contractors and internal teams.

Supervise site activities subcontractors

Ensure adherence to approved drawings specifications and OEM guidelines.

Monitor project progress quality safety and documentation.

Resolve technical issues and provide regular project status updates.

Conduct system testing performance verification and customer training.

Skill Set Required:

Understanding of HVAC Fundamentals Psychrometry & Refrigeration Cycle & VRF Installation Testing & Commissioning

Awareness of Refrigerant Piping & installation Best Practices

Knowledge of Controls & BMS Integration

Experience in Troubleshooting

Expertise in providing training to channel partners/Installers

Customer Communication

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Technical Report Writing

Experience & Education Required:

8 to 12 years experience with any engineering degree
