The Manager Transplant Diagnostics will drive commercial growth and provide technical support for the Transplant Diagnostics business for the South Asia market. This techno-commercial role requires a combination of scientific expertise customer engagement and business development skills to expand market presence and deliver customer value. Working closely with cross-functional teams and customer laboratories the incumbent will support growth initiatives strengthen customer relationships and ensure technical excellence. Prior experience in Transplant Diagnostics including knowledge of HLA testing transplant workflows and related diagnostic technologies is essential.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for the Transplant Diagnostics portfolio.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across transplant centers hospitals laboratories and research institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) laboratory directors clinicians Channel Patners and procurement stakeholders.
- Develop territory growth plans and execute commercial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends competitive activities and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide technical expertise and consultative support to customers on Transplant Diagnostics products and solutions.
- Support product evaluations demonstrations validations and implementation activities.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve customer issues and ensure successful adoption of solutions.
- Conduct scientific presentations workshops and training programs for customers.
- Partner closely with Marketing Applications Service Regulatory and Supply Chain teams to support business objectives.
- Provide market intelligence and customer insights to influence product positioning and business strategy.
- Support new product launches and portfolio expansion initiatives.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers by understanding their clinical operational and research needs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
- Represent the company at industry conferences scientific meetings and customer events.
- Strong technical and scientific acumen in Transplant Diagnostics.
- Excellent commercial orientation and business development capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Effective presentation communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a matrix organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Life Sciences Biotechnology Molecular Biology Medical Laboratory Sciences or related discipline.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- 58 years of relevant experience in the diagnostics life sciences or healthcare industry.
- Mandatory prior experience in Transplant Diagnostics.
- Demonstrated understanding of HLA typing transplant testing workflows immunogenetics and related laboratory practices.
- Proven track record in a customer-facing techno-commercial sales applications or business development role.
