As Manager Tech PMO you will act as the bridge between Medhas Technology team and the wider organization bringing structure clarity and business alignment to technology initiatives. You will combine project management and business analysis to ensure technology projects are clearly defined well-coordinated and delivered effectively. You will be responsible for communicating with customers delivering training/demos managing project tools (such as JIRA and Asana) and overseeing both functional and technical documentation.
You will also help the Tech team communicate its priorities progress challenges and product capabilities to non-technical stakeholders within and outside Medha. This role combines execution discipline stakeholder management documentation and problem-solving to help technology deliver greater value across Medha.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Project Planning Coordination & Governance
- Manage project schedules deliverables and milestones using tools like JIRA and Asana
- Coordinate cross-functional activities between the tech team and other departments
- Assist in resource planning status reporting and risk management for ongoing projects.
Business Analysis & Product Delivery
- Gather and document business requirements from customers and internal stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear actionable technical specifications.
- Support testing and quality assurance efforts by ensuring requirements are met.
Stakeholder Communication Training & Feedback
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers regarding tech initiatives & product functionalities.
- Organize and deliver product demos training and presentations to various stakeholders.
- Actively gather and relay customer feedback to inform product enhancements.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of functional and technical documentation ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Develop process flows training manuals and user guides to support tech deployments.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing within the tech team and across the organisation.
Spokesperson for Tech Department
- Represent the tech team in cross-departmental meetings and communications.
- Clearly communicate tech strategies project statuses and challenges to non-technical teams and leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to produce internal updates and presentations.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of experience in project management business analysis PMO or a similar role in a technology environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Asana.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and document technical requirements.
- Familiarity with software development processes and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with close attention to detail.
- Experience delivering customer training and product demos is preferred.
- Knowledge of business process modelling and requirements management tools is an advantage.
- Prior exposure to tech support or client-facing roles within a technology organization is a plus.

Required Skills:
Strong experience leading impact evaluation and research in the development sector. Hands-on expertise in quantitative and qualitative methods including sampling survey design and data analysis. Proficiency in statistical tools such as R Stata or Python. Ability to connect data with decision-makingstorytelling with numbers. Strong writing and communication skills to convey complex findings. Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindsetself-starter with resilience. People-focused leader who builds trust and nurtures team capabilities.
