Job Title: Manager - Sweetener

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop new sweetener products and blends (natural plant-based functional) and improve existing formulations.
• Create application-ready solutions for beverages bakery confectionery and nutraceuticals ensuring sensory and performance parity with sugar.
• Manage end-to-end scale-up from lab to plant while ensuring regulatory quality and process compliance.
• Collaborate with suppliers to explore new sweetening technologies functional ingredients and innovation opportunities.
• Support B2B and institutional teams with customized sweetener systems application trials and cost-optimization projects.
• Lead development of consumer retail products (powders tablets liquids sachets) with strong sensory stability and shelf-life performance.
• Partner with marketing for claims sensory validation consumer insights and product communication.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Regulatory Quality Manufacturing and Marketing for smooth product launches.
• Track global sweetener trends identify white spaces for innovation IP creation and sustainable sourcing.
• Maintain digital documentation and contribute to long-term sweetener strategy for the organization s food innovation roadmap.
