Position: Manager / Sr. Manager - Corporate Collection

Department: Relationship Management - Corporate Loans

Job Location Mumbai

Reporting to: CEO - SFL

Job Summary:

Manage stressed corporate / builder accounts proactively and prevent slippage into NPA through structured

engagement resolution and recovery strategies.

Roles & Responsibility:

Pre-NPA account Management

Manage high-value stressed accounts across SMA buckets

Drive timely collections and regularization

Corporate/Builder Engagement:

Should have a direct interaction with builder /developers and corporate borrowers.

Negotiate structure repayment plans.

Escalations and Legal support:

If required initiate Legal proceedings

Legal recovery actions (Coordinate with credit risk & legal teams for resolution strategies)

Ensure long documentation trail

Design restructuring and repayment plans to regularize accounts

Key KPIs:

% reduction in SMA / NPA

Collection efficiency

Recovery from Stressed account

Resolution turnaround time

Qualification and skills:

Any graduate/Post Graduate/LLB/LLM.

8-18 years of experience in corporate collections/stressed asset management in NBFC HFC banking sector/

ARCs.

Strong experience in Builder funding / LAP/wholesale lending

Exposure to teal estate ecosystem (developers).
