Provides strategic and operational leadership for multiple engineering teams. Oversees technical execution cross-functional collaboration and team development to ensure delivery of high-quality scalable solutions aligned with Tekions business objectives.

• Leads multiple engineering teams through the development lifecyclefrom design through deploymentensuring delivery of high-impact products and services.

• Collaborates with product design architecture and operations leaders to define technical strategy and roadmaps.

• Oversees team structure resource planning hiring and talent development across functional areas.

• Drives technical excellence by promoting engineering best practices quality standards and operational efficiency.

• Leads organizational transformation efforts related to scalability automation and platform modernization.

• Coaches engineering managers and senior engineers providing mentorship performance feedback and career development support.

• 10 years of experience in software engineering including 4 years in engineering leadership roles

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field

• Proven success in managing multiple engineering teams and delivering large-scale software solutions

• Deep understanding of cloud platforms distributed systems and development operations

• Strong strategic thinking project management and decision-making capabilities

• Excellent interpersonal leadership and communication skills
