Opportunity for Manager/Sr. Manager - Admission & Billing for our hospital in Mahim.

Location: Mahim

Experience: 10 years

Qualification: MBA or MHA in hospital / Healthcare Management

• A&B Manager shall manage the entire patient flow from admission to discharge ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and updated accurately.
• Oversee IPD and ER billing operations including cash and credit billing and payment settlements to maximize cash flow and minimize revenue leakage.
• Oversee daily cash collections reconciliation and deposits. Also receivables refunds and patient billing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage TPA (Third-Party Administrator) and Corporate empanelment documentation and query resolution. Verify insurance eligibility process claims and handle appeals for denied authorizations.
• Recruit train and supervise admissions and billing staff ensuring they follow hospital protocols and policies efficiently.
• Serve as a point of contact for patient grievances provide clear communication and ensure a positive patient experience throughout their interaction with the admissions and billing department.
• Audit bills to minimize errors and leakage. Ensure all processes comply with hospital policies healthcare regulations and legal requirements.
• Prepare and present MIS reports on department performance.
