We are looking to hire Manager -Sea Freight for Kolkata Location

Brief details as follows :

1/Communication :Ensure implementation of Company Process on Communication as
per document available.
-
2/Business Development :Increase in Jeena Generated Business as per Yearly
Targets and Budgets.

3/Risk Management :Adhering to Company Process of using Exceptional Activity
Reports such as Activity Due and Dealy report.

4/Service Excellence Bonus & P.E.P :Ensuring the Department CONSISTENTLY
secures the SE Bonus. Implementing the Company process on P.E.P

5/Maintaining Relations with Carriers and service Providers :As per Company
Process to meet concerned and develop good contacts on a monthly basis. Thus
consistently resulting in improved service and rates for Jeena .

6/Expenses in Control: As per agreed Identifying areas to improve
on COST CUTTING and REVENUE LEAKAGES.

7/Succession Plan :Ensuring there is a Second In Charge to handle the job in case of
your long leave of absence thus ensuring work does not suffer.

8/Team Meetings :As per Process to have regular meetings with the team so team is
:
- well informed
- motivated

9/Operational Activities :Monitoring timely completion of all activities from
Manifestation to Collection of the job.

10/Customer Relations and RETENTION OF EXISTING CLIENTS:
10.1 Meeting the Customers Regularly as per Company Process
10.2 Attending to the Complaints received from customers and agents. To be in control
of the inputs received in the
FEEDBACK FORM as per Jeena Process.
10.3 Developing Existing Customers for other business.

11/SOP / IOP implementation:
11.1 : Ensuring Client SOP / IOP are in place as per Company Process
11.2 : Reading the same with the team on periodical basis
11.3 : Automation of SOP / IOP where possible to reduce manual work.

12/BUDGET ACHIEVEMENT: As per agreed budgets.

13/Customs Clearance Related Activities :
13.1Ground Reality :Regularly visit the CFS ICD and Customs Houses and be in tune
with the ground realities
13.2Updated Knowledge
13.3 :Automation :Ensuring optimum automation to reduce manual work
13.4 :Problem Solving : Ensuring that all operational issues are proactively resolved .
14.1 : Job Profitability : Ensuring the jobs are in profits .
14.2 Being proactive and preventing losses due to operational and communication lapses .
