Your work profile

• As an SAP PM Solution Management should lead the implementation configuration and support of SAP PM solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PM functional specifications.
• Design and optimize maintenance processes including preventive predictive corrective and breakdown maintenance.
• Configure and maintain master data such as equipment functional locations task lists work centers and maintenance plans.
• Ensure SAP PM solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.

Key skills required.

• 8 years of experience in SAP PM
• Manage end-to-end SAP PM implementation rollout upgrade and enhancement projects.
• Develop project plans timelines budgets and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with business users technical teams vendors and external consultants.
• Monitor project risks issues and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Collaborate with maintenance operations engineering supply chain and finance teams.
• Lead workshops requirement gathering sessions and solution reviews.
• Mentor and manage SAP PM consultants and support teams.
• Provide guidance and training to business users.

Integration & Process Optimization

• Ensure seamless integration between SAP PM and related modules such as MM QM PS FI/CO and EAM.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset reliability and maintenance efficiency.
• Support SAP Fiori mobility solutions and digital maintenance initiatives where applicable.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.

Support & Governance

• Oversee incident problem and change management processes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards governance policies and audit requirements.
• Manage system enhancements testing user acceptance testing (UAT) and production deployment activities.
• Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to monitor maintenance performance.
• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) ( I.T) ( Computer Science ) B.E/ or MBA
