Your work profile

• Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations rollouts and transformation programs.
• Conduct workshops with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and design SAP solutions.
• Design and configure SAP FI modules including General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA) and Bank Accounting.
• Configure SAP CO components such as Cost Center Accounting Profit Center Accounting Internal Orders and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Drive integration of SAP FICO with MM SD PP and other modules to ensure seamless financial postings.
• Lead solution design prepare functional specifications and manage RICEF development with technical teams.
• Manage full project lifecycle including blueprinting realization testing (SIT/UAT) go-live and hypercare support.
• Oversee financial closing processes reporting structures and compliance requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices aligned with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Manage client relationships stakeholder communication and solution sign-offs.
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure high-quality delivery within timelines.
• Contribute to practice development knowledge sharing and capability building initiatives.

Key skills required.

• 810 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP FICO (FI & CO).
• Hands-on experience in 35 full lifecycle SAP implementations preferably in S/4HANA environments.
• Strong understanding of:
• Financial Accounting (GL AP AR Asset Accounting Bank Accounting)
• Controlling (Cost Centers Profit Centers Internal Orders CO-PA)
• Financial Closing Reporting & Compliance
• Experience in integration with MM SD PP and other SAP modules.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes including procure-to-pay (P2P) and order-to-cash (O2C).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal Parallel Ledger Margin Analysis preferred).
• Ability to prepare functional specifications and work with ABAP teams.
• Experience in data migration testing cycles and post go-live support.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile tools (Jira/Confluence) preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management communication and analytical skills.
• Prior consulting/client-facing experience preferred.
• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) ( I.T) ( Computer Science ) B.E/ or MBA
