Your work profile

• Lead end-to-end SAP CO implementations and rollouts across industries.
• Conduct workshops to gather business requirements related to cost controlling profitability analysis and financial reporting.
• Design and configure SAP CO components including Cost Center Accounting (CCA) Profit Center Accounting (PCA) Internal Orders Product Costing (PC) and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Drive integration of SAP CO with FI MM SD PP and S/4HANA modules.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with ABAP teams for custom developments (RICEF).
• Lead solution design configuration testing (SIT/UAT) and go-live support.
• Manage client stakeholders conduct design discussions and obtain solution sign-offs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices aligned with SAP S/4HANA.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure quality and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Contribute to capability-building initiatives and practice development within SAP Finance domain.

Key skills required.

• 810 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP CO (Controlling).
• Hands-on experience in 35 full lifecycle SAP implementations preferably in S/4HANA environments.
• Strong understanding of:Cost Center Accounting (CCA)Internal OrdersProduct Costing (Standard Costing Actual Costing)Profit Center Accounting (PCA) Profitability Analysis (CO-PA both costing-based & account-based)
• Experience in integration with FI MM SD and PP modules.
• Strong knowledge of financial closing processes allocations and settlements.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal Margin Analysis preferred).
• Ability to create functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams.
• Experience with data migration testing cycles and post go-live support.
• Strong stakeholder management communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile tools (Jira Confluence) is preferred.
• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) ( I.T) ( Computer Science ) B.E/ or MBA
