Job Summary

Summary:
The Rental Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market expansion by achieving rental sales targets acquiring new customers and contributing to the evolution of the rental model. This position requires a proactive results-driven professional who excels in identifying scalable opportunities building strategic customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
The incumbent will be responsible for leading end-to-end rental dealsfrom initial outreach and proposal development to negotiation and closurewhile ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams. Success in this role directly impacts customer satisfaction market penetration and long-term business sustainability.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve rental revenue targets with a focus on large-scale and long-term contracts.
  • Conduct customer visits and application assessments to identify high-potential scalable rental opportunities.
  • Develop and present customized technical-commercial proposals aligned with customer needs.
  • Maintain a robust accurate SFDC pipeline and deliver reliable sales forecasts.
  • Lead negotiations resolve objections and drive timely deal closures.
  • Coordinate with depot and execution teams to ensure asset readiness and on-time delivery.
  • Support regional growth strategies and contribute to weekly order booking targets.
  • Identify new customers projects and emerging growth sectors within target markets.
  • Execute displacement strategies to win back competitor-held accounts.
  • Lead customer pitches product demonstrations and site evaluations to build trust and drive conversions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of the rental model based on market feedback and performance insights.
  • Identify onboard and develop rental dealers to expand market reach and service capacity.
  • Ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence.
  • Adhere to organizational imperatives including compliance sustainability and operational efficiency.


Requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales business development or rental operations within industrial equipment construction or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of exceeding rental or equipment sales targets especially in long-term contracts.
  • Strong understanding of technical-commercial proposal development and negotiation strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce SFDC) with demonstrated ability to manage pipelines and forecasts.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
