Your Role:

Planning implementation and monitoring of child rights programs for field levels intervention

Strengthen program quality through regular field visits supervision and technical guidance to partners

Facilitate partnership management as well as direct project implementation including capacity building of team members and performance tracking

Monitor and review Program program budgets fund utilization and financial compliance

Prepare quality reports documentation and case studies for internal and external stakeholders

Engage with local stakeholders government systems and networks to strengthen child rights intervention

Support data collection analysis and use of MIS/M&E systems for evidence-based program improvement


You:

Graduation in any discipline is required; a Master of Social Work (MSW) is preferred

Understanding of holistic child rights issues with knowledge of relevant laws and policies.

Minimum 4 to 6 years of grassroots experiences in program implementation monitoring and supervision

Knowledge of program budgeting and financial monitoring

Working knowledge of Hindi is essential

Proficiency in report writing and documentation in English

Willingness to travel and work in diverse and challenging field conditions across North Indian states.
