Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced andstrategic Manager of Product Management to join our dynamic this role you will lead and shape our product strategy manage ateam of product managers and drive the development and enhancement of ourcutting-edge learning management products. As a Manager you will work closelywith cross-functional teams to ensure our products align with customer needsand market trends while maintaining Cornerstones commitment to innovation andexcellence.

In This Role You Will

Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the companys vision goals and market demands.
Team Leadership: Lead mentor and manage a team of product managers fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscapes and use this information to drive product innovation.
Customer Focus: Act as the voice of the customer ensuring that products meet and exceed customer expectations while enhancing user experience.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering design sales and marketing teams to deliver exceptional products and solutions.
Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain product roadmaps prioritizing features and enhancements based on market needs business objectives and customer feedback.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality standards for product delivery including rigorous testing and quality control processes.
Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations and standards and ensure that our products adhere to all necessary compliance requirements.

You Have Got What it takes if you have

Bachelors degree in a related field;
Proven experience in product management with a strong track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
Deep understanding of learning management solutions is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
Strategic thinking with the ability to create and execute a clear product vision.
Results-oriented and committed to meeting and exceeding company objectives.
Knowledge of agile development methodologies and product management tools.
