| Duties and Responsibilities | Carry out Investigations under Mind Your Behavior policy or any other complaints as per defined timelines. Recommend action to BAC committee basis severity of the case & Mind Your Behavior policy. Ensure adherence of Mind Your Behavior policy and Code of Conduct Policy. Collect complete information from respective HR Partner. Drafting and Issuance of Warning Letters as per process. MIS maintenance & sharing with respective stakeholders as per defined timelines. Guide HR Partners on various employee related issues Support in other special assignments. |
| Required Qualifications and Experience | MBA or equivalent degree with relevant experience Go getter & self-starter Strong analytical & reasoning abilities Strong report writing & investigation knowledge Strong written & verbal communication |
