| Duties and Responsibilities | Identify campuses in tier 3 & Tier 4 locations to cater to the need of resource requirement in remote locationsOwn end to end campus engagement activities (pre-hire & post hire)Ideate & prepare appropriate strategies for all campus engagement events and to project Bajaj Finance Ltd. as an Employer of periodic engagement calendar for campus & run engagement initiatives as per timelinesManage vendor partners and successfully run all initiatives. Coordinate and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders & campus owner for smooth execution of engagement calendarTrack & publish engagement calendar with delivery status to all stakeholders |
| Required Qualifications and Experience | a)QualificationsEducational Qualification- MBA- HR from reputed B-schoolThey must work well under pressure and possess strong time-management skills.b)Work ExperienceTotal experience of 1-3 yrs in campus relations & engagementc)Skills KeywordsHands on experience on MS office tools (Excel power point MS word etc)Must be detail oriented and can juggle between multiple projectsExcellent communications skill (Verbal & Written). |
