Position Overview:

The Manager HR Technology will lead the strategy implementation and ongoing optimization of TraceLinks Workday footprint. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful configuration deployment and continuous improvement of Workday modules including Core HCM Talent Advanced Compensation Payroll Benefits Extend and others.

This role will act as a product owner and Workday subject matter expert (SME) partnering closely with TraceLinks internal stakeholders to align system capabilities with business goals. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Workday roadmap and configuration strategy across all modules.

  • Identify and implement best practices to optimize business processes and maximize system capabilities.

  • Manage members of the Workday team.

  • Lead cross-functional Workday projects including implementations upgrades and deployments.

  • Manage project scopes timelines resources and stakeholder communications.

  • Oversee system design testing and deployment of Workday solutions.

  • Ensure Workday integrations with third-party systems function smoothly.

  • Maintain data integrity and drive improvements in reporting dashboards and analytics using Workday reporting tools.

  • Serve as an escalation point for complex system issues.

  • Oversee user access security roles and audit controls within Workday.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure Workday meets business needs.

  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support platform capabilities.

  • Provide strategic counsel to HR and leadership on Workdays roadmap and system enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR Information Systems Business Administration or a related field.

  • 5 years of progressive experience in HRIS configuration and development.

  • Demonstrated experience leading Workday implementations and configuration.

  • Excellent understanding of HR processes and data governance practices.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy.

  • Experience with Workday reporting tools and Extend.
