Takeda is hiring a Manager GDO Analytics & Insights

Objective / Purpose:

• Partners with AD GDO Analytics & Insights to understand and deliver on the Analytics & Insights strategy for GDO in support of trial performance metrics and ad-hoc/bespoke analytics and predictive models.

• Responsible for hands-on delivery of dashboards bespoke analytics predictive models to meet business priorities.

Accountabilities:

• Designs and executes the appropriate analytics & insights solutions for GDO including dashboarding bespoke analytics and predictive modeling
• Ensures analytics & insights solutions are delivered in a timely manner and at a high level of quality
• Provides proactive transparent communication on any delivery challenges obstacles or risks
• Partners with DD&T and DSDS colleagues to ensure analytics & insights solutions and delivered leveraging the correct source of truth data sources and data models.

Education & Competencies (Technical and Behavioral):

• BS/BA required with 6 years of relevant experience in the life sciences drug development analytics business intelligence or data visualization
• Experience with trial operational data (CTMS TMF vendor data) preferred
• Experience with GXP systems and 21 CFR part 11 requirements preferred
• Experience with patient data and clinical systems (EDC RTSM ITR) preferred
• Track record of cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment

• Strong verbal/written communication skills and ability to influence at all levels across functions and build effective relationships.
