Job Role: Manager- Food & Beverage
Location: Chennai
As an F&B Manager you will manage all aspects of food and beverage operations including budget management customer service menu design and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the Food & Beverage (F&B) department including the employee canteen pantry & event related services.
- Manage the daily operations of the Corporate Guest Houses (GH) across the country for services upkeep & maintenance.
- Lead hire and train F&B & GH staff to adhere to our high standards of services and customer satisfaction.
- Create & manage the F&B & GH department budgets.
- Negotiate annual contract for F&B & GH services
Looking at professionals with 15 years of experience with a Diploma / Bachelors in Hotel Management Degree
