Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 5-10 years of post-qualification experience to manage accounting operations financial reporting audits compliance and financial controls. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) month-end close processes financial reporting and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Manage General Ledger accounting and month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Review journal entries accruals provisions and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Oversee Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable and Fixed Asset accounting processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
- Prepare management reports financial dashboards and MIS reports.
Audit & Compliance
- Coordinate and manage statutory audits internal audits and financial statement reviews.
- Prepare audit schedules reconciliations and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act requirements and internal governance policies.
- Maintain robust documentation and audit trails for all financial transactions.
- Strengthen and monitor internal financial controls and compliance processes.
ERP & Process Management
- Act as the Finance SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Manage and review accounting transactions within D365.
- Support ERP enhancements UAT testing process improvements and system implementations.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to resolve accounting and reporting issues.
- Drive process automation and standardization initiatives within the finance function.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor accounting team members.
- Review team deliverables and ensure adherence to reporting timelines.
- Support capability building and performance management of team members.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and shared service teams for smooth financial operations.

Qualifications :
Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 5-6 years Post Qualification Experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong experience in financial accounting reporting audits and internal controls.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is mandatory.
- Experience in month-end close and financial statement preparation.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in multinational organizations professional services consulting engineering or infrastructure sectors.
- Exposure to global reporting environments.
- Experience managing a small finance team.
