Position Details

• Job Title:Manager - Finance
• Location:Bangalore

Role Overview

• Manage core finance activities and support day-to-day financial operations in a GCC setup.

• Lead and coordinate month-end and year-end book close activities.

• Review and oversee accounts payable processing and employee expense reimbursements.

• Ensure accurate accounting treatment in line with India GAAP and applicable tax requirements.

• Prepare review and analyze financial reports reconciliations and supporting schedules.

• Maintain compliance with internal controls company policies and audit requirements.

• Use Excel and ERP systems to support reporting analysis and process efficiency.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve finance-related issues and support business decisions.

• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes accuracy and turnaround time.

Qualifications

• MBA MCOM CA or ACWA.

• Around 810 years of relevant finance experience.

• Experience in core finance roles within a GCC environment.

• Strong background in book close accounts payable and expense reimbursement.

• Knowledge of India GAAP and taxation.

• Proficiency in Excel and working experience in ERP systems.

• Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
