Job Summary
| Job Purpose | RBI Reporting Requirements |
| Duties and Responsibilities | Regulatory Centre of Excellence (CoE) Project Management Office (PMO) RBI Regulatory Reporting Key Responsibilities: Partner with the RBI Regulatory Reporting team to understand and coordinate data requirements ensuring timely and accurate support for regulatory reporting. Provide end-to-end PMO support for RBI regulatory reporting initiatives including project planning milestone tracking governance risk management and timely delivery of key milestones. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely execution of regulatory reporting deliverables and resolution of dependencies. Serve as the primary coordination point between the Finance function and other business operations technology and support teams for RBI reporting-related initiatives. Support the Finance team during RBI inspections by coordinating information requests tracking action items and facilitating timely responses. Assist in the preparation review and maintenance of documentation presentations and reports required for RBI inspections and regulatory submissions. Monitor adherence to RBI regulatory requirements as well as internal policies governance standards and control frameworks. Identify opportunities to streamline regulatory reporting processes improve governance and enhance operational efficiency through process improvements and automation initiatives. Track and report project status risks issues dependencies and mitigation plans to senior stakeholders through appropriate governance forums. Foster effective communication and collaboration across Finance Technology Risk Compliance and other relevant functions to ensure successful execution of regulatory initiatives. |

| Required Qualifications and Experience | a)Qualifications CA / Master in Finance having minimum of 3 years of experience in Banking / NBFC industry Having strong background of accounting & financial systems Strong understanding of RBI regulations and requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software b)Work Experience 3 - 4 years of experience in Banking / NBFC industry c)Skills Keywords RBI Inspection PMO NBFC Banking Finance |
