Your work profile

We areseekinga highly experiencedALM (Application Lifecycle Management) professionalwith deepexpertiseinCodebeamerto lead enterprise-scale ALM and PLM initiatives. This role will drive strategic governance digital thread architecture regulatory compliance and ALM practice leadership across complex engineering ecosystems. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with leadership consulting and pre-sales capabilities.

Key skillsrequired

• 10years experience with Graduation and Lead the design and execution of enterprise ALM governance strategies aligned with business and engineering objectives.
• Orchestrate multi-platform ALM/PLM environments includingCodebeamerTeamcenterPolarionJAMA Connect andIBM ELM.
• Define best practices standards and operating models for scalable ALM implementations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to engineering quality and product leadership teams.
