Manager Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Manager to lead our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in modern backend technologies and cloud-based solutions with a strong focus on TypeScript and a suite of Azure services. The role demands excellent technical proficiency leadership qualities and the ability to drive end-to-end project delivery while ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational standards.

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of developers ensuring optimal performance professional growth and alignment with project goals.
• Technical Ownership: Oversee the design development and deployment of scalable high-performing applications.
• Solution Architecture: Define and implement architectures using the tech stack including TypeScript and Azure services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management QA and DevOps to ensure smooth project execution.
• Cloud and Infrastructure Management: Implement and manage Azure solutions such as Azure Container Apps Azure Pipeline and Azure API Management.
• Code Quality & Standards: Drive code reviews enforce standards and promote a culture of technical excellence within the team.
• Monitoring & Optimization: Use tools like Azure Application Insights for monitoring and performance optimization.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a technical point of contact for stakeholders ensuring clear communication of progress challenges and solutions.
