Job Summary

Job Summary:

The Manager CRM will be responsible for managing the CRM platform and executing data-driven customer engagement strategies. This role focuses on designing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns building customer-centric strategies using Customer 360/CDP frameworks and generating insights. The ideal candidate will bridge business and data to drive customer retention engagement and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan execute and optimize CRM campaigns across channels (email SMS push notifications WhatsApp etc.)
  • Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies based on customer behavior
  • Design lifecycle campaigns (onboarding engagement retention reactivation)
  • Track and optimize campaign performance using defined KPIs
  • Contribute to building and leveraging a unified Customer 360 view or CDP
  • Work with multiple data sources to create consolidated customer profiles
  • Enable personalization and targeted marketing using integrated customer data
  • Generate actionable insights on campaign performance customer behavior and segmentation
  • Support development of customer lifecycle strategies and engagement frameworks
  • Identify opportunities for improving customer experience and business outcomes
  • Work closely with marketing product commercials D2C and tech teams

Desired Qualification

  • MBA/Graduate degree in Marketing Business or related field

Preferred relevant work experience:

  • 610 years of experience in customer loyalty CRM or campaign management
  • Experience with CRM/marketing automation tools.

Skill & Knowledge:

  • Customer-centric mindset with passion for building long-term relationship.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel SQL or BI platforms
  • Experience with CRM/marketing automation tools (Salesforce HubSpot Adobe Campaign etc.)
  • Excellent communication stakeholder management and project leadership skills
  • Creative mindset with ability to balance innovation and business impact
