The Manager CRM will be responsible for managing the CRM platform and executing data-driven customer engagement strategies. This role focuses on designing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns building customer-centric strategies using Customer 360/CDP frameworks and generating insights. The ideal candidate will bridge business and data to drive customer retention engagement and lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan execute and optimize CRM campaigns across channels (email SMS push notifications WhatsApp etc.)
Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies based on customer behavior
Track and optimize campaign performance using defined KPIs
Contribute to building and leveraging a unified Customer 360 view or CDP
Work with multiple data sources to create consolidated customer profiles
Enable personalization and targeted marketing using integrated customer data
Generate actionable insights on campaign performance customer behavior and segmentation
Support development of customer lifecycle strategies and engagement frameworks
Identify opportunities for improving customer experience and business outcomes
Work closely with marketing product commercials D2C and tech teams
Desired Qualification
MBA/Graduate degree in Marketing Business or related field
Preferred relevant work experience:
610 years of experience in customer loyalty CRM or campaign management
Experience with CRM/marketing automation tools.
Skill & Knowledge:
Customer-centric mindset with passion for building long-term relationship.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel SQL or BI platforms
Experience with CRM/marketing automation tools (Salesforce HubSpot Adobe Campaign etc.)
Excellent communication stakeholder management and project leadership skills
Creative mindset with ability to balance innovation and business impact
